A fire destroyed our community center and home!
Early Friday morning, August 8th, a massive fire tore through the Jewish Community Center of the Meadowlands, home to Congregation Beth El – Chabad of the Meadowlands. It was also where Rabbi Yitzchok and Bina Lerman and their family lived and welcomed guests with warmth and love. By a great miracle they were saved!
We are working on rebuilding our synagogue and community center, and to create a warm, beautiful space for our community. In the meantime, we have rented a location nearby, and are continuing our services, Sunday school, classes and holiday programs. Contact us for details.
